My recipe for Mango Mojito Cocktail is ready in just 5 minutes. It’s simple, a little tropical, and just right for this warm weather. Perfect for a get-together or a barbecue weekend, this fruity mojito is light, refreshing, and so easy to enjoy.
What makes this mojito extra special is the fresh mint — picked straight from my Burwell Self-Watering Potted Herb Keeper. It sits on my window sill and helps the mint grow really well. The self-watering system keeps the herbs hydrated, and there’s a handy spout that makes it easy to fill. I also like that the hydro felt pads are washable and reusable — so it's great for everyday use.
Mint is one of those ingredients I use often. And in this mojito, fresh mint sprigs brings a bright, refreshing touch that really stands out.
Want to make it a mocktail? Just skip the rum and add a splash more soda. It’s a fun and fancy option for teens or anyone skipping alcohol — and honestly, just as good!
