Ingredients:
- 150g Linguine Pasta
- 225g Halloumi Cheese, sliced into thin sticks
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 White onion, cut into chunks
- 2 spring onions, separated into scallions and greens
- 1/2 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Green pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Red chilli, sliced

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Method:
- Cook the Linguine pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Combine the spices in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a carbon wok over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sautéing for 45 seconds.
- Add peppers, red chilli, and spices, continuing to sauté for another 45 seconds.
- Next add the air-fried halloumi sticks, cooked linguine pasta, and spring onion greens. Toss together to combine.
- Taste and season with more salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve the Salt and Pepper Halloumi Pasta, garnishing with additional toppings like chilli flakes and spring greens if desired. Enjoy!
